Welcome to Couture Pilates! We are so happy that you are interested in visiting our studio. We have options for every fitness level from challenging group classes to conscious aging and injury recovery.

Finding the right teacher or teachers for your individual needs is a lot like dating. You may need to try out a few before finding your perfect fit. During your journey you may discover that you like to workout with more than one of us to mix things up and get a fresh perspective.

Helpful Studio Information

Parking: At peak times the parking in the lot can get a bit full. We have several spots available up front and along the side of the building including one spot for those needing assistance or just needing to limit their distance to the front door.

If the parking up front appears to be full you may want to consider parking across the street on Carvel and walking over. Parking on Carvel is free and open all the way down to the park.

Cancellations: We observe a 12 hour cancellation policy at the studio. If your cancellation is COVID related let us know and we will credit you back for the class and extend your expiration date if needed.

Socks: We require non-slip Pilates socks for classes. If you don’t have a pair we have several types and sizes for sale at the studio.
